Federal employment regulators say BlueCross/Blue Shield of Texas (BCBS), based in Dallas, will pay $75,000 and furnish other relief to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit. According to the suit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Sheryl Meador,
