**Summary of Position**
We are seeking a Web Content Editor to join our team in an entry-level role. The primary responsibility will be using ContentStack (a web content management system) to unpublish outdated web pages based on a predefined list of pages. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to track progress effectively while ensuring updates are made without affecting other pages on the website. **This is a temporary role needed for 4-6 weeks, that will average 20-25 hours a week.**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Use of ContentStack: Utilize the ContentStack CMS to unpublish old web pages based on a predefined list from an Excel spreadsheet.
+ Updating Web Pages: Make necessary updates to web pages as directed, ensuring that content is current and accurate.
+ Track Progress: Efficiently track work progress using Excel to monitor pages that have been unpublished and identify any issues.
+ Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure all updates are accurate, complete, and do not cause issues on other pages of the website.
+ Attention to Detail: Ensure each page is correctly unpublished without disrupting other parts of the website or causing errors.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with the web team to follow guidelines and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the process.
+ Reporting: Regularly report progress to supervisors or team leads and address any roadblocks encountered during the task.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ No prior experience required, but familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or web editing tools is a plus.
+ Basic experience with Excel, especially for tracking work progress and organizing information.
**Reporting Relationships**
This position will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and Platforms.

The base hourly range for this position is between $20.00 and $25.00. Base hourly ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and years of experience. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
